Motion was made by Carl Johnson to allow the placement of an 8' by 10' structure 5' from the lot line. The
motion died for lack of a second. After additional consideration, motion was made by George Walter, seconded by
Craig Anderson and carried with John Everts voting no. to allow the placement of an 8' by 10' water - oriented
accessory structure 10' from the side lot line.
