Motion
James Rieger - Approved
Motion was nnade by Cecil Femling to approve a 3’ side lot line variance for the construction of 22’ by 26’ garage 7’
from the lot line and 45’ from the ordinary high water level. After additional discussion and consideration, Cecil
Femling withdrew his motion and a motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Randall Mann and carried with
Cecil Femling voting no, to approve the construction of a 24’ by 28’ garage being at least 10’ from the side lot line, at
least 45’ from the ordinary high water level and with the 28’ side parallel to the lake. It was noted that granting the
amended variance would provide the applicant with a reasonable use of his property. Hardship is the terrain and
topography of the applicant’s lot, as well as, a substandard lot of record.
