I, Robert J. Roberts, Registered Land Surveyor under the lav/s of the State of Minnesota, do hereby certify
that I have supervised the survey of a certain tract of land located in Government Lot 2 of Section 15,
Township 136 North, Range 42 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Otter Tail County, Minnesota; that the
adjacent plat is a true and accurate representation of said survey; that iron markers for the guidance of
future surveys of said tract of land have been installed at the points indicated on the adjacent plat;
that there are several encroachments from within, as indicated on the adjacent plat; and that the exterior
boundary of said tract of land is more particularly described as follows:
