After discussion and consideration, Carl Zick made a motion, second by Robert Schwartz to apptjove the variance as
requested. The motion failed with Michael Harris, Paul Larson, Randall Mann and Steve Schierer voting no. Those
voting in favor of the variance application noted terrain features of the applicant’s property as the reason for granting
the variance as requested. Those voting against the variance application noted the location of the existing septic system, the size of the property and the impervious surface coverage as the reasons for denyingithe variance as
requested.
