Explain your problem here:
The Shore Ordinance - 'General Development' Category - has a 75' set back from shoreline
and 40' from roadway. We cannot be 75* from shoreline and still 40' from the road right
of way when our lot is on an average of 117' deep, (Less the 15' road right of way).
Therefore, we would like to apply for a variance for a 12' X 12' unattached addition to
our mobile home with a set back of 46' from the shoreline, (Our mobile home is set back
58' from the shoreline).
We would also like to apply for a variance for an 8' X 12' storage shed 13* from shore
line and 10' from side lot. This would line up with other existing homes and storage
units on adjacent lots.
In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary information as possible, such as: maps, plans,
information about surrounding property, etc. APPLICIANT SHALL BE PRESENT AT THE SCHEDULED HEARING.
