Rick R. Lebahn - Approved as modified by the applicant with a condition. (9:00 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Randall Mann made a motion, seconded by Michael Conlon and unanimously
carried, to approve a variance of 35’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for the placement of a
single family structure 40’ from the ordinary high water level with the condition that no more than 25% of the total lot
area can be covered with impervious surfaces. The Board noted that the proposed development is an improvement,
will be out of the shore impact zone and that the applicant has no other site for the proposed development. Hardship
is a substandard lot of record.
