Bryan Bossert - Approved the variance as requested with a condition. (7:26 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, seconded by Paul Larson and unanimously
carried, to approve a variance of 9” from the required side lot line setback of 10’ for the placement of a dwelling as
depicted on the applicant’s drawing 9’ 3” from the side lot lines, at the road side, with the condition that an existing 8’
by 12’ shed must be either removed or placed in a location that complies with the setback requirements before a site
permit for the new dwelling can be issued.
