Explain your request:
The front south half of my mobile home will be closer to
emergent vegitation than 75 feet, (approx. 65 feet)
I will not obstruct any neighbors veiw as they are way above me.
My proposal will improve the looks of my lot and will be
environmentally sound as the proposal will retain a loose dirt wall.
My hardship is I have no other choice but to go with the
lay of the land.
I have improved my lot environmentally and aesthetically by
destroying old septic and installing new and by removing the
old mobile home which was 14 feet from emergent vegetation,
and by planting grass and retaining loose earth.
All the work I have done is with proper authorization and permit.

information about surrounding property, etc. APPLICIANT SHALL BE PRESENT AT THE SCHEDULED HEARING.

I understand I must contact my township in order to determine whether or not any additional variances and/or permits are required
