After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to deny the variance as requesited as no adequate hardship/practical difficulty had been shown that would allow for the granting of the
variance as requested and noting that the applicants can obtain a reasonable use of their property without the granting of the
variance as requested. It was also noted that the applicants’ lot is simply not wide enough to accommodate/support the proposed
development.
