THIS WILL BE USED FOR PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
Owners wish to convey the East 120 feet of Lot 12 to the owners of the
remainder of Lot 12 and Lot 13. The owners' lot is already substandard.
However/ this conveyance will standardize the lot lines between the buyer
and seller. The buyer will now have an approximate 100 x 285 foot tract.
They want to keep Lot 11 buildable for single family residential purposes/
being a 50 x 280 foot lot.
I UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE APPLIED FOR A VARIANCE FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE SHORELAND
MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE/SUBDIVISION CONTROLS ORDINANCE OF OTTER TAIL COUNTY.
I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT OTHER PERMITS MAY BE REQUIRED, IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT LAND &
RESOURCE MANAGEMENT REGARDING THIS MATTER.
