Motion was made by Randall Mann, second by Joe Maske and unanimously carried, to deny the variance as
requested and to support the previously granted variances as no adequate hardship had been shown and that the
existing hardship is a self created hardship. After additional consideration, motion was made by Cecil Femling,
second by David Holmgren and unanimously carried, to have the applicants bring the property into compliance by
September 1, 1999.
