To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter in concern about the variance for the
property of Mike and Kadie Hansen.
Lot 6 Olson’s Maplewood-Lida Beach
Property Address - 40166 Basswood Lane
Section 32, Township 136, Range 42-Township Name-Lida
Lake No. 56-747, Lake Name Lida, Class-GD
Our concerns are on the height of dwelling, as the height
would block our view to the lake. This would be a
determent to our property. Our property address is Lot 7
40189 Basswood Lane. We do not have any concerns on
the irregular shaped being 4’ 6” from the right-of-way at
the closet point (requirement is 20’).
Please consider our concerns when granting these
variances. We would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you.
