On November 9, 2016 the Planning Commission passed a motion to recommend approval of your
request. Their motion is as follows:
A motion by Wilson, second by Frazier to approve as presented provided: 1. A revised drawing
is submitted to Land & Resource Management prior to issuing the Conditional Use Permit. 2.
After the installation. Land & Resource Management confirms that the road jivas returned to its
existing condition.
On November 22, 2016, the County Board of Commissioners passed a mc*ion to approve the
request as recommended by the Planning Commission.
As you can see, there are conditions placed on this approval. Once these conditions are met, our Office will process your Conditional Use Permit. /

Motion by Johnson, second by Lindquist and unanimously carried to approve a Conditional Use Permit to
install a sewer line across a public road with no road authority with conditions as recommended by the
Planning Commission. The proposal is located in Lot 6 Olson’s Maplewood-Lida Beach, Parcels #505 &
#1013 not to be split. Section 32 of Lida Township; Lida Lake (56-747), GD.
Preliminary Plat - “Kvare’s Beauty Bay South 3^*^ Addition’/Charies Kvare:
Motion by Huebsch, second by Froemming and carried, with Johnson abstaining, to approve a Preliminary Plat consisting of 7 single family residential lots known as “Kvare’s Beauty Bay South 3^'* Addition” as
presented. The project is located on Lots 1, 3, 4 and 5 BIk 2 of Kvare’s Beauty Bay South 2"'^ Addition,
Section 18 of Dunn Township; Non-Shoreland.

Motion by Froemming, second by Lindquist and unanimously carried to approve a Preliminary Plat titled

P.M. in the Commissioner's Room, Government Services Center, Fergus Falls, Minnesota.
Roll Call:
Members Present: Loren Bailey, Rod Boyer, Brent E. Frazier, Richard Gabe, Bert Olson, Robert
Schwartz, David Wass and Rick Wilson.
Members Absent: Jack Rosenthal and David Trites.
Kurt Mortenson represented the County Attorney's Office and Bill Kalar represented the Land &
Resource Management Office.
Minutes of October 12. 2016: A motion by Gabe, second by Wilson to approve the October 12,
2016 Minutes as presented. Voting: All members in favor.
