Motion was made by Cecil Femling, second by David Holmgren and carried with Rod Boyer and Randall Mann voting
no, to approve a variance of 7.5’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for an addition to the north
side of an existing dwelling 67.5’ from the ordinary high water level with the condition that no more than 25% of the
total lot area can be covered with impervious surfaces. It should be noted that no variances are being granted from
the required drain field or side lot line setbacks. Hardship is a substandard lot or record.
