5. If the terms of this permit are violated the entire permit may be revoked and the owner may be subject to legal prosecution.
6. This card shall be placed in a conspicuous place not more than 4 feet above grade on the premises on which work is to be done,
and shall be maintained there until completion of such work.

May 16. 2001:
Motion: A motion by Schwartz, second by Trites to approve provided the following
conditions are met: 1. A one (1) foot berm is constructed, approximately twenty-two (22)
feet from the house. 2. The roof lines direct the water run-off to either side of the home.
3. The disturbed area must be sodded immediately. A reason for approval is that there
are other walk-out basements (both north and south) in the area.
