The screened in area will be approximately 12 feet by 12 fefet. The roof over the screened in portion will follow the roof line of the present structure. There will be a clear view into and through the screened in area. We have received statements from the adjacent neighbors in support of this variance and are furnishing these statements to the Otter Tail Board of Adjustment. In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary information as possible, such as: maps, plans, information about surrounding property, etc. APPLICIANT SHALL BE PRESENT AT THE SCHEDULED HEARING.
