After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Paul Larson and unanimously carried, to approve
the variance as described in the variance application dated July 8, 2009 and as depicted in the drawing submitted with the
variance application with the condition that the structure as repaired must have the exact measurements as the existing original
structure.
