After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Thomas Lee and unanimously carried, to approve
the variance as requested in the variance application dated October 11,2012 and as depicted on the drawings submitted with the
application noting that the proposed development is general maintenance/upkeep to the existing structures.

Lee and Judith Sloneker, part of Lot 2 Inlet Beach First Addition, Lake Lida in Lida Township, requested the following:
Change roof on garage from slant to roof trusses. Add dormers to house and porch roof. Garage is only 5’ from east
property line. Land and resource verified building line from ordinary high water level is 54’, house at 56’, Also house
is 9’ 6” from east property line. The audience was not polled as there was no one from the public in attendance at the
time of this public hearing. After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Thomas
Lee and unanimously carried, to approve the variance as requested in the variance application dated October 11,
2012 and as depicted on the drawings submitted with the application noting that the proposed development is general
maintenance/upkeep to the existing structures.
With no further business, Randall Mann, Chairman declared the meeting adjourned at 7:55 p,m.

Tail County Shoreland Management Ordinance, the Otter Tail County Set Back Ordinance and/or the Subdivision
Controls Ordinance. The Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment will assemble for this hearing on
Thursday, November 1, 2012 at 6:30 p.m.J
