Grotte, Assistant County Engineer stating that the highway department had reviewed the request and determined that the location of the proposed shed will not negatively impact visibility or the highway department's ability to reconstruct CSAH 8 was read for the record. After consideration and discussion, Paul Larson made a motion, seconded by Michael Harris and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 10' from the required road right-of-way setback of 40’ for the placement of 48’ by 70’ shed 30’ from the road right-of-way.
