Francis and Janice Dehmer - Approved modified building setback with a condition. (7:38 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Paul Larson and unanimously carried,
to approve the placement of the proposed 28’ by 40’ dwelling at a location starting 12’ from the septic tank and
extending no more than 40’ towards the ordinary high water level with the condition that the applicants must comply
with all other setback requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.
