The small storage huilding is a replacement for a "boathouse
that was totally destroyed by ice during the 1983 winter.
The insurance company would not pay for any of this loss so
I decided to build and relocate a smaller storage facility
which would not be damaged or destroyed every year by ice.
Without this my lawn and garden tools would have to be
stored outside unprotected. Because of the smaller building
my boat has to be stored elsewhere.
