MOTION AS FOLLO
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Feraiing and unanimously carried to
approve a variance of 3' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75' and a
variance of 82' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100' for the
replacement of an existing structure 72' from the lake and 18' from the creek,
noted that the structure will be within the established building line.

approve a variance of 84' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100' for
the construction of a garage and for a future addition to the cabin 16' from the ordinary
high water level of the creek and a variance of 3' from the required ordinary high water
level setback of 75' for an addition to an existing structure 72' from the ordinary high
The granting of this variance request will not create any maintenance
