I understand that I have applied for a variance from the requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance of Otter Tail
County. I understand I must contact my township in order to determine whether or not any additional variance and/or permits
are required by the township for my proposed project.

MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to
approve a 5' variance from the required side lot line setback of 10' for the enclosure of an
existing 10' by 20' carport. After additional consideration.,motion was made by Dan Oehler,
seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a 3' variance from the
required side lot line setback of 10' for an addition of a 10' by 1 A' porch to an existing
dwelling. Hardship being a substandard lot of record.
