James and Patricia Clarke - Denied. (7:10 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Randall Mann made a motion, seconded by Frank Lachowitzer and carried with
Paul Larson voting no, to deny the variance as requested as no adequate hardship unique to the property had been
shown that would allow for the granting of the variance as requested. Those voting for the denial noted that the
proposed development would be ahead of the building/string line and expressed concerns with the overall size of the
lot. The: membervoting: against the denial inoted that the.proposed development would not obstruct the view from the
adjacent properties and that the applicants have a substandard lot.
