Motion
James W and Patricja Clarke - Approved as requested - (8:25 p.m.)
Motion was made by Randall Mann, second by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve the roof
replacement project as already completed by the applicants. The granting of the variance provided the applicants with
an opportunity to maintain their property. It should be noted that the building size remained the same and that the
only change resulted from the overhang on the new roof.
