Motion was made by Randall Mann, second by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to deny the variance as
requested noting the following: the proposed location presents a concern for future maintenance of the holding tank,
presents a health safety issue and another alternatives does exist on the south side of the lot that will not require the
granting of any variances.
