Forsgren Family Revocable Living Trust - Approved the variance application as requested with conditions.
(8:02 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Carl Zick and unanimously carried, to approve the
proposed subdivision as stated in the variance application dated June 12, 2008 and as depicted on the drawings submitted with
the variance application with the following conditions: 1.) a registered surveyor’s drawing must be provided at the time of
conveyance, and 2.) the area within the back lots identified as “B” and “C” cannot be used when determining impervious surface
coverage for front lot development. It was noted that approving the variance as requested will provide other smaller properties in
this immediate area with additional space for septic systems and storage. It was also noted that the benefits to Otter Tail County
by requiring platting of this proposed subdivision would not out weigh the cost of the platting process.

The purpose of this letter is to inform Otter Tail County that I have no objections with
respect to the Application for Variance submitted by Darrel Forsgren and Kathryn
Forsgren, as Trustees of the Forsgren Family Revocable Trust, dated the 19* day of
April, 2005. In the event the variance, a copy of which is attached hereto, is approved, I
agree to make arrangements with the Forsgrens in an effort to acquire that property that is
described on the survey map as “Parcel B”, so that said acquired property (Parcel B) be
permanently attached to my lake property described as follows:
The South 30 feet of Lot 7 of Outlet Beach, according to the recorded plat thereof
on file and of record with the Office of the Otter Tail County Recorder; and
Lot 6 of Outlet Beach, according to the recorded Plat thereof on file and of record

thence on an assumed bearing of West on the prolongation of the southerly line of said
