Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconcted by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance
of 13‘ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75‘ for the construction of a 10' by 22‘ addition
above an existing sun porch 62' from the ordinary high water level. The addition will be no closer to the
ordinary high water level than the existing dwelling. It should be noted that any addition to the sides of the
existing dwelling would not be possible without a variance and that due to the terrain features of the lot
construction on either side would create drainage problems. Hardship being a substandard lot of record.
