Scott Miller - Approved the variance as requested. (8:02 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, Michael Harris made a motion, second by Ken Erickson and unanimously carried,
to approve the proposed development as described in the variance application dated April 25, 2007 and as depicted
on the drawings submitted with the variance application. The proposed development will in a single story. It was
noted that the proposed development will protect and improve the original structure.

This proposal is to take down the front part of the cabin (lakeside) and replace it
with the same footprint with the exception of the 6" jog in the north wall. Also, the
existing cabin has a shed roof and would be replaced with a gable roof The roof
over the sunroom would remain a gable roof The existing cabin has a 2 ft crawl
space. The new proposed crawl space would be 4 ft (matching the newer part of
the cabin addition done several years ago).
