MOTION AS FOLLOWS)'
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and carried with Carl Johnson abstaining, to
approve a variance to subdivide a parcel of less than 2,5 acres with the conditions that the new parcel cannot
be used for the construction of a residential dwelling, the parcel will be permanently attached to Lots 14 and
15, and that a registered surveyor's drawing will be provided at the time of recording. The granting of the
variance will improve the lot by increasing the lot area and the granting of the variance does not increase the
number of residential building sites.
