Motion
Patricia and Steven Pranke - Approved the variance as requested with a condition. (8:20 p.m.)
October 4, 2007 Meeting - After consideration and discussion, Randall Mann made a motion to approve the variance as
requested. It was noted that the variance as requested would establish two parcels more equal in size, would allow room for a
future septic system site and does not negatively impact either parcel. The hardship that was noted was substandard lots of
record. After additional discussion and consideration the motion to approve was withdrawn and Steve Schierer made a motion,
second by Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to table with the verbal permission of the applicants’ representative this
variance hearing until the November 1, 2007 meeting of the Board of Adjustment to provide the applicants an opportunity to
consider the relocation of two existing sheds which are located very close to the property lines. November 1, 2007 meeting -
After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Paul Larson and unanimously carried, to approve the variance as descri^ediTffh^ariance application dated August 14, 2007 and as depicted on the registered surveyor’s drawing
