Roger and Judy Unterseher - Approved request Nos. 1 and 3 and denied request Nos. 2 and 4. (7:05 p.m.)
April 8, 2010 Meeting - The audience was not polled as there was no one from the public in attendance at the time of this
hearing. After consideration and discussion, Michael Harris made a motion, second by Thomas Lee and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance of 32’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for the placement of a dwelling 43’ from the
ordinary high water level and a variance of 8.5’ from the required lot line setback of 10’ for the placement of holding tank 1.5’ from
the lot line or (in the best location determined by an installer if that location provides a greater setback than 1.5’ and required no
other variances) and to deny the variance as requested from the road right-of-way (No. 2 on the application) and to deny the
variance as requested for the setback from the structure for the holding tank (No.4 on the application). It was noted that the
proposed replacement structure will be no closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing structure was prior to being
destroyed by a fire, t
