After consideration and discussion, Michael Harris made a motion, second by Thomas Lee and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 32’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for the placement of a dwelling 43’ from the ordinary high water level and a variance of 8.5’ from the required lot line setback of 10’ for the placement of holding tank 1.5’ from the lot line or (in the best location determined by an installer if that location provides a greater setback than 1.5’ and required no other variances) and to deny the variance as requested from the road right-of-way (No. 2 on the application) and to deny the variance as requested for the setback from the structure for the holding tank (No.4 on the application).
