After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Paul Larson and carried with Michael Harris voting
no, to approve the placement of a 12’ by 26’ portable storage shed 5’ from the north lot line, 7’ from the holding tank and 10’ from
the traveled road surface with the condition that no more than 25% of the total eligible lot area can be covered with impervious
surfaces.
