Albert and Rebecca Schierman - Denied. (7:28 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Paul Larson and carried with Cecil
Femling voting no, to deny the variance as requested as no adequate hardship unique to the property had been
shown that would allow for the granting of the variance as requested and noting that the Board would not have
approved this variance request had the request been submitted prior to completion of the project because the deck is
ahead of the established building line.
