Hans A Ronnevik - Approved bathroom as requested/Approved screen porch with condition.
Motion was made by Steve Schierer, second by David Holmgren and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of
55’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the addition of a screen porch onto the front of the
existing cabin 45’ from the ordinary high water level with the condition that the existing boat house must be placed
outside of the shore impact zone and at least 10’ from the lot line before a site permit can be issued for the addition of
the proposed screened porch.
