Motion
Dahl Trust - Approved as modified with conditions. (8:40 p.m.)
Motion was made by Randall Mann, second by Steve Schierer and carried with Cecil Femling voting no, to approve
the proposed development as outlined in the application and drawing with the following conditions: 1) the proposed
garage must be place at least 10’ from the side lot lines, 2.) the impervious surface coverage must never exceed
4,445 square feet, 3.) the boathouse must be removed on or before December 1, 2003 and 4.) no other variances for
the proposed development are being granted either direcU^r indirectly. It was noted that the variance as approved should prpvide the applicant’s with an approximately 26’ 0^8’ garage which will provide the applicant’s with a
reasonable use of his property. 1t was noted that the applicant’s proposed development wilhdramatically reduce the
amount of impervious surfaces and will be a significant improvement over the current situation. Hardship is a
substandard lot of record. ^ CL4> -44
