Explain your problem here:
We have been involved in a controversy with the Lida Township
Board over the present location of our boat house and storage
house. Rather than be involved in litigation we are willing
to move these structures to the areas shown on the grid plot.
This location would allow us to save the major trees on the
lot. The proposed location may present problems with setback
requirements. We have discussed this with our adjoining
landowner, Charles F. Murphy, and he has no objection to our
proposal. There may also be a setback requirement problem
on the side of our lot bordering the county road.
