After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Cecil Femling and carried with Paul
Larson voting no, to deny the variance as requested noting a grossly substandard lot, a very congested area and the
fact that had the request been submitted prior to the placement of the 6’ by 12’ shed the Board would not have
granted the requested variances.
