VARIANCE REQUESTED IS:
Request Varriance to move existing holding tank from its present
location to a new location in front of the garage. This new location
in front of the garage wil be 50' from the well location as requested
by Jeff Grugel of the MN Dept, of Health inspection. The new holding
tank location will be less than 10' from the garage and 3' from the
north property line, & Road Right of way. East neighbors property
line is aprox. 22' from new location.
New well location was site inspected and approved by Mr. Grugel.

MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Robert Schwartz and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of
approximately 5' from the required building setback of 10’ and a variance of 7' from the required north property lot line
setback of 10’ for the placement of a holding tank 5’ from an existing garage and 3’ from the lot line. Hardship is a
substandard lot of record. It should be noted that the applicant’s proposed holding tank location has been recommended
and approved by Jeff Grugel of the Minnesota Department of Public Health.

VARIANCE REQUESTED IS:
Present Cabin is in extremely bad condition, and I would like
permission to remove old cabin and build a new cabin in the present
location. I have 2 children and would like to build this with 3 bedrooms
on the second floor. I am requesting permission to build the new cabin
4 feet wider towards the County Road #4 side and 4 feet longer towards
the center of the lot, and 1 foot towards the property line to the west.
The Foundation is rotted out and the roof line is sagging in the middle
and would not support a second floor. Also the siding is rotted in many
location. Remodeling the present cabin would not be
^ good long range solution to the problems.

MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by John Everts,'seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 1’
from the required side lot line setback of 10’ and a variance of 2’ 6” from the required road right-of-way setback of 20’
for the placement of a cabin 9’ from the side lot line and 17’ 6” from the road right-of-way. it was noted that the
proposed cabin will be no closer to the road right-of-way or to the ordinary high water level than the existing garage.
Hardship being a substandard lot of record.
