I have 2 children and would like to build this with 3 bedrooms on the second floor. I am requesting permission to build the new cabin 4 feet wider towards the County Road #4 side and 4 feet longer towards the center of the lot, and 1 foot towards the property line to the west. The Foundation is rotted out and the roof line is sagging in the middle and would not support a second floor. Also the siding is rotted in many location. Remodeling the present cabin would not be ^ good long range solution to the problems.
