Jerry Martens appeared and spoke to the issue. After consideration, eiotion was made by Daniel Oehler, seconded by John Everts and carried, to deny, no adequate hardship shown. Ruby Biederman, Clitherall, MN, requested permission to construct additions, plus encroach two feat father towards the lake, enclosing corners on home on Lots 32 t 33, Robinson's Add'n to Clitherall Lake, in Nidaros Township. Motion was made by John Everts to apply the string test, but motion was withdrawn prior to a second. Motion was then made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and carrieii with Cecil Femling and Carl Johnson voting "no", to approve additions to structure, building no closer to lake than existing structure. Darrell Barnard, Perham, MN, requested permission to remove a 15' X 20' shed replacing with new slab and shed on old foundation, on Sublot 5 of Goverrment Lot 3, Section 1, Perham Township on Little Pine Lake. After consideration, motion was made by Carl Johnson, seconded by Craig Anderson and carried, to grant approval, with the stipulation that the shed be moved two feet from the lot line, for an S' variance, building as close to the holding tank as possi­ ble.
