Motion
Chris and Paula Evenson - Approved ordinary high water level variance as requested and granted a variance
from the road right-of-way subject to conditions. (8:42 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Randall Mann made a motion, seconded by Paul Larson and unanimously carried,
to approve a variance of 18’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ and a variance of 5’ from the
required road right-of-way setback of 20’ for the placement of a dwelling 57’ from the ordinary high water level and 15’
from the road right-of-way at its closest point subject to the following conditions: 1.) township approval of the road right of’v^y^'s*et6^if^5^m^exis^g^W^S^hicWcro^^eWt^^1oP]]^em^PPS^^mov^^^iS^W'y^iomoreTlian^5y’^W
the total lot area can be covered with impervious surfaces. The Board noted that the proposed development is behind
the building line and that no additional variances will be required for the proposed development. Hardship is a
substandard lot of record.
