VARIANCE REQUESTED IS:\
To build onto our existing cabin which is 32' x24' tTETcI. porch) and is approximately
41' from lake an addition. The addition would be 30' x 24' and be built on an
existing cement slab with the same dimensions. (The slab was poured to build on
an attached garage to the cabin). The slab is approximately 50' from the lake.
It is the only place (as you can see) that we can build onto our cabin.
To build a garage approximately 75' from lake, 75' from access road, and 10' from
property line that will be 24' x 30'.
The area of the land is approximately 20,750 sq. ft. and the area of the buildings
(including the proposed ones) is 2,205 sq. ft. which is approximately 10.5% of the
lot area.

In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary information as possible, such as: maps, plans,
information about surrounding property, etc. APPLICANT SHALL BE PRESENT AT THE SCHEDULED HEARING.

MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by Robert Schwartz and tonanimously carried, to ;.'w
approve a variance of 25' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75' for the
constiaiction of a 32' by 24' addition to an existing 32' by 24' dwelling 50' from the ordinary i;;
high water level. It was noted that the addition will be no closer to the ordinary high water
level than the existing structure. It was noted that a propsoed 24' by 30' garage will be placed in a location that meets the setback requirements of the ordinance.
