MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Cecil Feraling, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to
approve the variance as requested with the condition that a registered surveyor's drawing
and a letter stating that there are no boundary line disputes must be presented when the
document is recorded.

That part of Govemment Lot 1 of Section 32, Township 136 North, Range 42 West, Otter Tail County, Minnesota described as'^follows:
Coimencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 32; thence
South 39’ 27' 08" East (Assumed Bearing) along the North- line of
said Section 32 a distance of 2279.93 feet to a point 125.00 feet
westerly of the Westerly right of way line of State Highway No.
108 (As measured at a right angle to said right of way line) ,
said point being the point of beginning; thence southwesterly
parallel with the Westerly right of way line of said State
Highway No. 108 on a nontangential curve concave to the east a
distance of 350.56 feet, said curve having a central angle of 11’
14' 45", a Radius of 1786.04 feet and a Chord Bearing of South
