Motion was made by Dan Oehler. seconded by Bert Olson and unanimously carried, to approve the
variance as requested. The three season porch will be considered the applicant's water -
oriented accessory structure. This lot has no other water - oriented accessory structure The
appearance of the property has been improved by the addition of the windows. Hardship being a
substandard lot of record, ^
