The real property shall be further subject to a marital lien held by and in favor of Petitioner in the amount $200,000.00 as a property settlement payment from Respondent to Petitioner. Petitioner's marital lien in the real estate shall be subordinate to the existing first and second mortgages against the real property and will be proportionately release to allow for financing for the property settlement. Respondent shall be entitled to a partial release of Petitioner's marital lien with each payment made in the amount of the payment. It shall be the responsibility of Respondent to provide Petitioner with any such appropriate lien releases for her execution and return. Upon satisfaction of the marital lien described above and in Paragraph No. 14 below.
