Hushagen, without being required to plat the property, and without being required to provide a surveyor's drawing, reasons for this request are; The The parcel to be sold would have 100 feet of shoreline on both the north and south ends, and would contain approximately 45,000 square feet, more than twice the square footage required for a platted lake lot. The remaining property that I own would be 140 feet in width, and would contain approximately 65,000 square feet, more than three times the square footage required for a separate platted lakelot. My property, and the property owned by my neighbors in the area, are currently being served by a permanent private easement, and it would be a hardship to plat this property.
