Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a variance for
the placement of a drain field less than 10’ from the side lot lines with the provision that a letter from the neighbor
must be filed with the Land and Resource Department. Hardship being a substandard lot of record.
