Joan and Gordon Jackson - Approved as modified and as conditioned.
Motion was made by Randall Mann, second by Cecil Femling and carried with John Everts voting no, to approve the
construction of a storage building subject to the following conditions:
1. the structure can have a height of 18’ or less,
2. an existing 20’ by 24’ house, on Lot C, and an existing 14’ by 22’ structure, on Lot B, must be removed before a
site permit can be issued,
3. the proposed structure m.ust be at least 5’ from the road right-of-way,
4. the structure must be a single story structure.
5. the proposed structure must be at least 37.5’ from the ordinary high water level, and
6. the pn structure must be at least 10’ from the lot line.
Hardship is the terrain features of the applicant’s property.
