Motion
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a
variance of 11’ from the required road right-of-way setback of 20’ for the location of an existing 24’ by
24’ garage 9’ from the road right-of-way with the condition that by July 1, 1998 the ingress and egress
to the garage must be placed in a location that will allow the applicant the ability to back out of the
garage onto his own property and to drive forward out onto the public highway. It was noted that this is
perhaps the best location on the applicant’s lot for a garage.
