This prcta'lem being that my property only contains appro;-; imatei y 300

enclosed diagram, I have only 25 ft. of lake frontage on this side of
my lot. From the lake inland, there it is only about 18 ft. before you
come to an access trail , for a lot and boat houses further down the
beach, and the base of a hill with a vertical rise of 22 ft,
